Cancellation Policy A $25 non-refundable deposit, or 40% of non-deposited services will be collected in the event of an appointment cancelled after the 48 hour window. Clients are allowed one (1) cancellation with a reschedule before fees are enforced. After that, any cancelled appointment will be charged according to this policy, whether or not it is rescheduled. All cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled service to allow adequate time to fill the appointment slot, unless otherwise communicated and approved. Cancellations made outside of this window will result in the loss of the deposit or collection of the applicable fee. This policy applies to all services, including permanent jewelry. My time is valuable, just as your time is valuable to me. In the event that I need to reschedule a client’s appointment, a discount will be applied for the inconvenience.
